At Risk patients really needs social distancing
These patients are aged 70 or older, or are under 70 with an underlying health condition (i.e. anyone eligible to get a flu jab as an adult) or pregnant
These patients will have received advice on social distancing

At Very High Risk must follow social shielding
These patients have had a solid organ transplant, have specific cancers, severe respiratory diseases, on immunosuppressant, or are pregnant with heart disease. Also poorly controlled diabetics, severe COPD and severe asthmatic patients who have required recent hospitalisation, patients with significant heart failure, those who have had a splenectomy, and others as clinically identified.
These patients are to be identified and contacted with advice for social shielding
