Appointment System

Until further notice, please call only for telephone/video triage appointments:-

• Morning (AM) appointments released at 8:00am.
• Afternoon (PM) appointments released at 11:30am.
• Due to coronavirus, until further notice, all appointments must be screened and face to face appointments will not be readily available. Please call in the morning for appointments.
• Please call in the afternoon for enquires and requests
• Please make sure your contact details are up to date, that is your responsibility

Coronavirus Triple-screening, you will be asked on booking an appointment where you have a new cough or fever. The doctors over the phone/video will also ask the same and only they can book a face-to-face appointment. On the door, a staff member will also ask if you have a new cough or fever and take your temperature before entering the building.

Please tell others, not go physically to your GP practice for queries, requests and non-medical issues. All requests including letters will be done over the phone or in writing, until we as a nation go back to normal.

Home visits are only available if you live in the local area, are elderly or housebound or have been told by us to ‘shield’ yourself and stay at home. You will be added to a list and the doctor will call you first.
