Extended Access – Smart Care

Pearl Medical Centre is now offering Extended Access, extra GP appointments as part of Smart Care Federation.

We will be offering extra appointments every Thursdays 6.30pm to 8.00pm from 3rd May 2018.

We will be also offering the following Saturday & Sundays appointments;

• Saturday 5th May 2018        9am to 1pm
• Saturday 26th May 2018     9am to 1pm
• Saturday 2nd June 2018     9am to 1pm
• Sunday 3rd July 2018          9am to 12pm
• Sunday 17th July 2018         9am to 12pm
• Sunday 24th July 2018        9am to 12pm

The phone lines will not be on during Extended Access hours.

These appointments are all pre-booked.

Extended Access appointments are also available at other surgeries, bookable in advance. Please speak to one of the receptionist if you wish to be seen at another practice on the following days;
