The Practice will be closed on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December 2021 due to the Christmas and Boxing Day Bank Holidays.

Call 999 immediately if you experience a life threatening emergency such as chest pain, choking, breathing difficulties, blackouts or blood loss.
Call NHS 111(24/7) if you need medical healthcare advice outside normal surgery hours.
