Disabled Access
Our aim is to enable all our patients to use the services at our sites as easily as possible.
There is good access for the disabled to all of our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance and the surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access and a lift.
For patients with hearing problems, we have a special hearing loop. Please notify our reception staff should you wish to use this facility.
All clinical services in our building are offered on the ground floor with easy access to rooms.
We have disabled toilet facilities.
We have a Portable Loop Facility in the surgery to assist patients with hearing aids.
Please ask at Reception if you wish to use this piece of equipment either at the reception desk itself or when you see a doctor or nurse in their consulting room.
Personal mobility scooters are not permitted in the building for health and safety reasons.
